Befitting its long heritage, St. Anthony's High School's Emblem is a heraldic device featuring an unsupported escutcheon containing the school's coat of arms, with the school name above and school Motto emblazoned below. The coat of arms features a mitre, discribing spiritual and temporal wisdom and authority; with a columbine, a beautiful, multi-segmented blossom, which is characteristic of the Holy Spirit.

The school’s motto is FORTITUDO, which means physical strength, moral courage and bravery. It is inscribed below the coat of arms on the School Emblem, and is an inspirational phrase for all Anthonians.

A special Sesquicentennial logo, incorporating the School Emblem has been designed, and will be used during the 150th Year Celebrations of the school.
