St. Anthony's High School follows the curriculum of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. Pupils are prepared for the Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination) of the Board.

The school is one of the very few schools in Kolkata that offers English as First Language up to the school final (Board) level. Students are required to choose Bengali or Hindi as Second Language, which is taught from Class-I.

In addition to the subjects taught according to the Board syllabus, the curriculum also includes Religious Instruction (for Catholics), Moral Science (for Non-Catholics) and Value Education (for all) as compulsory subjects.

Apart from these, our curriculum includes Handicrafts, Choral Singing, Computer Science, etc.
